The Ambassador

The Ambassador /navi izlude 192/213 will be responsible for your progress. Every time you talk to him, he will tell you what level of newcomer you are.

Note: Each level of Hierarchy gives you 20% Experience.

PD: Once you finish the quests, you must speak with the Ambassador.

Rescue Mitie, the Abused Girl

Head to /navi izlude 141/119

• 1. Talk to her and try to get information about her father's whereabouts.
• 2. Once she reveals it, go to the Royal Guard to report him at /navi izlude 135/254 .
• 3. Speak to the Royal Guard and inform him that you want to make a complaint.

• 4. After filing the complaint, you will become a Level 1 Outsider.

Bostein the Blacksmith

Head to the following location /navi izlude 151/134

• 1. He will ask if you can help him in various ways until you can tell him that you don't know anything about what he's asking for. Then, he will ask for your assistance in obtaining the following items:

• 2. Once you've given him the items, he will give you a gift, and you will become a Level 2 Outsider.

Enza Is Feeling Under the Weather

Now head to Enza at /navi izlude 109/131

• 1. Enza will tell you her story and let you know that she needs the following items:

The Unattractive Armenio

Now talk to Armenio at /navi alberta 200/120

• 1. He will ask you to give him the following item as a gift:

• 2. Give him the Monocle, and you will become a Level 4 Outsider.

The Sad Story of Amelia

Go to where Amelia is at /navi pay_fild03 369/120

• 1. Talk to her, and she will tell you the real story of what happened to her. You must decide to help her catch Dorlok, the true criminal who is still at large without facing the consequences of his crime.
• 2. Head to where Dorlok is at /navi pay_fild06 239/288

• 3. Talk to him, and he will ask for some random items (usually consumables). Give them to him, and you will have to repeat the process about 3 times until you find evidence of his crime. Dorlok will kill you if he catches you collecting evidence. You must return to Amelia to deliver the evidence. /navi pay_fild03 369/120
• 4. Speak with Amelia, and you will become an Outsider Level 5.
