Personal Rates
In PowRO, we have a dynamic rate system where you can select your preferred rates. However, please note that higher EXP rates result in lower DROP rates. The default rates for the server are 5x/5x/5x
Important Considerations
- Higher rates result in lower drop rates.
- You can only select x1 rates until reaching level 99, after surpassing this level, the lowest selectable option will be x5.
- You can only select x5 rates until reaching the maximum level of 179, after surpassing this level, the lowest selectable option will be x10.
The x1 drop rate bonus is permanent as long as you are playing on x1 rates.
Players can increase their experience rates at no cost, but reducing them incurs a penalty based on the character's base level (zeny) and the rate stage.
The base (Base) formula of the restarting costs is (Base Level x 10,000 x (powrates / 4) ) in addition to some Event Tickets
Command: @powrates
Rates | Drop Bonus | You may select them until level | Reduction Formula |
---|---|---|---|
x 1 | +50% Drop Rates Bonus (From 5x to 7.5x Item Drop Rates) | 99 | NA |
x 1 (Re-Started) | 25% Drop Rates Bonus (6.25x Item Drop Rates) | Fixed | NA |
x 5 | No bonus, standard rates. (5x Item Drop Rates) | 179 | |
x 10 | -5% Drop Rates penalty, (4.75x Item Drop Rates) | Any Level | Base x 3 |
x 15 | -10% Drop Rates penalty, (4.5x Item Drop Rates) | Any Level | Base x 3 |
x 20 | -20% Drop Rates penalty, (4x Item Drop Rates) | Any Level | Base x 2 |
x 25 | -25% Drop Rates penalty, (3.75x Item Drop Rates) | Any Level | Base |
The color of your character's name will change depending on the difficulty level you play. Example: Players playing on 1x have a dark red-colored name.
Hierarchy Missions
Hierarchy missions are custom missions in PowRO that increase the "status" of your account with certain NPCs. The higher your status, the more benefits you will unlock, such as status reset discounts, travel agency discounts, and even healing discounts.
Some of the benefits you will unlock:
- Access to certain Wings that require being Warrior level 5
- Access to Magical Contracts that require being Warrior level 5
- Unlock more options in the travel agency (Warper)
- Enables the custom quest Old Pow' (requires Warrior level 5 and Base level 130+)
Training Quests (Weapon, Armor, Statistics)
Training Missions (Weapon, Armor, Statistics)
The training missions are a system by which you can enhance your character's strength in various aspects (Crit rate, HP percentage increase, MVP damage boost, etc). There are three types of training:
- Weapons: This training is linked to your character from the beginning. You can train all equipable weapons, and they can reach a maximum of level 6. Each level grants different statistics depending on the weapon.
- Armor: This training requires you to be at least Warrior level 5 and allows you to distribute up to 10 points as you wish through missions with various NPCs located throughout Midgard.
- Statistics: This training requires you to be Elite level 5 and allows you to distribute a total of 60 assignable points as you see fit using Training Points with the @train command.
Magical Contracts
Magical Contracts are missions given by the Magical Rock Thaú in the Geffen Mage Guild. Their primary benefit upon completion is the acquisition of better Leyla (Healer) buffs and an increase in the duration of these buffs based on the level of completed contracts (10 total).
- Each quest will ask for random items and training points. The difficulty increases with higher Contract levels.
- For each level of magical contract, you will receive a permanent bonus in item regeneration for both HP and SP.
Attention: For each magical contract mission completed, you will decrease one level
.
Mining System
The mining system allows you to mine (obtain items) without being present at the location. It is a "mechanical mining device" that operates an engine with fuel and an advanced drill.
- Several of the items that can be obtained through this system are useful for Old Pow.
- The items that can be obtained through this system may rotate every few months.
Custom Quests
Old Pow is a custom area exclusive to PowRO, which can only be accessed once you have completed the mission.
- You need to be a level 5 Warrior, and your character must be at least level 130.
In this area, you can find or obtain:
- MVPs Customs
- Rewards which can be exchanged for Blacksmith Blessing
- All Shadow Cubes which will give you a random Shadow Item, these can also be exchanged with the Shadow Recycler
- And many other things.
The Pagan Medallion is an item exclusive to the Super Novice class.
In PowRo-Archangels, we have a custom Spell system that allows you to create various items through a command, including:
- Remote Kafra
- Dyestuffs
- Petroleum (used as fuel in Advanced Mining)
- Animal Empathy Spray (which allows you to turn monsters into allies for a limited time)
- Norlax Elixir (Allows self-revival)
In PowRo, we have wings that are equipped in the lower costume headgear. They can be obtained through training points, and some may require you to reach a certain level of Hierarchy.
Our Restart system allows you to "Re-Start" a character with 1x Rates after having leveled it to its maximum level with rates above 1x, allowing you to return to level 1 as a Novice, but keeping all your progress. The Drop bonus for being Re-Started is +25% instead of +50%.
Drops
Lucky Drops are a custom system in Pow where, when you kill monsters of level 30 or higher, there's a chance to drop a random item (not a normal drop).
- Lucky Drops also have a chance to come with a random card, which is from the same group as Old Card Album and some additional ones.
- It can also become a unique item with a card; since it's an item without a slot, this card will become an Enchant (this card cannot be removed from the item in the traditional way).
PowRO has a zone that allows the obtainment of special items such as stat foods, scrolls, boxes, refining materials, among others.
- Within the Farming Zone, there will be mobs of various types that will drop various items, with a limit of 15 Bonuses, dropping 1 to 3 items each, upon completing the 15 bonuses, the zone will automatically kick you out. You have a cooldown time of 5 minutes to re-enter the zone.
Map Drops is a system implemented in PowRO where killing monsters in predetermined maps has a chance to drop special items (not regular drops).
- These items can have random options.
In PowRO, we have a system of Enchantable Auras on your Wings, which provide extra special effects and make your character look very fashionable.
Trading NPCs
Machines and NPCs that exchange various items for useful items, either for custom quests or for character utility.
Pow Random Options
Pow has a custom table of Random Options that may drop with equipment obtained directly from monsters.
MVP
Pow features a custom modification that affects the damage received by MVPs.
