The Ambassador
Ambassador /navi izlude 192/213 will be responsible for your progress, every time you speak to him he will tell you what level of outsider you have.
Note: Each Hierarchy level gives you 20% Experience.
PS: Once you finish the quests you should talk to the Ambassador.
Mitie the battered girl
Go to /navi izlude 141/119''
1. Talk to her, and you have to get her to tell you the information of her father's whereabouts
