Magic Contracts
You will need to go to Magic Rock Thaú at Geffen's Magician Guild's Headquarters to start your Magic Contracts, which will require you to gather some random items and training points. The difficulty increases as the contract level gets higher.

For each level of magic contract, you will receive a permanent bonus to item hp and sp regeneration.
For each level of magic contract, your character's level will decrease by one.
Leyla also starts giving better Buffs depending on your Magic Contract Level.
