Advanced Mining (AX)

Summary

In Pow, we have a mining system that allows you to mine without being present at the location. I'm talking about a mechanical mining device that operates with a fuel engine and a spear drill that you can acquire in Einbech.

Talk to Charles Saint Lambert (a famous mining engineer who worked in Chile in the 19th century). He will teach you everything you need to know about mining, and if you are level 70 or higher, he will sell you your first AX for the modest sum of 3,500,000z. It may seem like a lot, but it's cheap for the benefit it will bring you when you put it into operation.

Once you have your AX, you can talk to any mining engineer to see the mining zones discovered so far, and you can transport yourself to many of them directly through the same NPC.

The AX is controlled with the command @ax, which allows you to search for mining zones, detects the ground beneath the character, and if it is suitable for mining, it will allow you to install the AX and configure it to start operating, as seen in the following image:

Once you set it in motion, you can go do whatever you want, as your AX will keep mining until it runs out of fuel or the drill wears out. Additionally, it will notify you each time it collects an item from the mine or when maintenance is required.

Warning:

• Inventario AX lleno: Los ítems que extraiga el AX caerán al suelo.
• Character Inventory Full: Items extracted by the AX will be sent to the Kafra storage (be cautious about available space).
• AX stopped: If the AX stops working for more than 24 hours, the server will deactivate it, leaving everything on the ground.

As you accumulate usage time, you will earn the right to upgrade your AX to an improved version. Just talk to Charles. There are a total of 10 levels of AX, and each new level increases the tank and inventory capacity, allowing them to mine for longer periods before needing to refuel or change the drill.

Time required for mining to upgrade the AX:

• Level 1: Initial Model (Inventory: 30, Fuel Tank: 1000)
• Level 2: 3 hours (Inventory: 40, Fuel Tank: 1250)
• Level 3: 6 hours (Inventory: 50, Fuel Tank: 1500)
• Level 4: 12 hours (Inventory: 70, Fuel Tank: 2000)
• Level 5: 24 hours (Inventory: 90, Fuel Tank: 2500)
• Level 6: 36 hours (Inventory: 110, Fuel Tank: 3000)
• Level 7: 48 hours (Inventory: 130, Fuel Tank: 3500)
