Help with the Broken Cart
1. Go to Lionel at /navi payon 86/105 who needs your help repairing his cart.
2. He will tell you that his cart is destroyed and that he needs help with the Spare Parts, you must tell him that you will help him and he will thank you. Speak to him again to find out where you can get the Spare Parts.
3. Head to Alberta to speak with Kaily at /navi alberta 98/52 . Tell him that you're an acquaintance of Lionel and that you need her help, she will ask you for the following items:

4. Once the required items are delivered, she will give you a set of 
"Cart Parts" that you need to bring to Lionel.
5. Go back to Lionel and give him the "Cart Parts" then he'll give you a 
Gemstone to give Kaily.
6. Once again, you return to Kaily to deliver the gift. She will tell you that she never imagined having a gem from Turtle Island.
7. Return to Lionel and tell him how it went. He will thank you and reward you with a 
Poring Box and you'll have finished helping everyone.
