Summary
In Pow Archangels there are several NPCs that will offer item exchanges to make it easier to obtain these items, either due to a low drop chance or to acquire points that can be exchanged for other items in the same NPC's store.
Note: The majority of these NPCs are found in all cities, including the commercial area.

which require obtaining items that have a certain level of difficulty. To facilitate this, there are some NPCs that exchange either the monster cards you are hunting or some items in return for what you need.
